19" burner control unit with impulse system MPT and temperature control
Protection, monitoring and controlling burner control unit. The system is divided, for example, into three temperature control zones, each with eight burners. The burner control unit is connected to the central control system via the Profibus DP.
Functions of the control unit:
- Fan control
- Safety interlock (Limits)
- Pre-purge
- Tightness control using TC 410
- Burner control using 19" automatic burner control units for continuous operation (PFD 778L)
- Temperature control using hardware controllers in each zone.
- The central control system specifies setpoint values via the Profibus DP
- Impulse system MPT converts the controller signal to a burner-controlling impulse sequence
- Status reports to the central control system via the Profibus DP
